Budgets
We use specialist brokers to review our annual contracts, and receive preferential rates.
Annually we tender the contracts to achieve the best value for our clients.
We work closely with our maintenance teams to achieve outstanding results.
We calculate Reserves and produce long term planned maintenance budgets.
We regularly review Health and Safety making sure that all Budgets reflect the current legislations.
All Budgets are agreed with the client before going live.
Premium Services
Accounts
Our accounts team are based in house and can be contacted at any time to discuss queries.
Service charges are invoiced in accordance with the Budget/Lease/TP1 collected and chased through our credit control team.
The on line leaseholders portal will show previous years financial statements along with up to date financial records for the current year.
All monies are held in a separate interest earning bank account in the name of the development.
Year end Profit and loss financial statements are produced with detailed explanatory notes.
Service Charge are paid into your own ring fenced interest earning Bank Account.
Reserve funds are held in a separate interest earning bank account in the name of the development.
